We made the Oregon Weather Compass for Travel Oregon to solve that problem! It's a mobile website that uses live weather data and you're phone's internal compass and GPS to show you where you could go with different kinds of weather.
The interface is designed to be friendly and simple so you remain calm as you attempt to find some sunshine or whatever you're looking for.
